Cancellation Policy

From the moment the appointment is booked only 50% will be refunded for cancellation.

• If the cancellation is made 48 hours before the appointment, no refunding is possible.
• If changes are required you have 12 months to reappoint from the original appointment made.
• If any refund which is due will be refunded into the clients account within 5 to 10 working days of notification.
